Open the Dial-Up Networking folder and double click on
the "Make New Connection" icon. You should see a wizard as seen below. You do
not have to select the same name as indicated, you can choose any name that makes sense to
you. Your modem may also be different than the one indicated in this example. This is
normal, just use the modem that the wizard prompted by default.
Once you have entered this information, click the
"Next" button.
