Before using the JKL.net service, please read the following usage policies:
- Neither JKL.net, nor its providers, exercise any control whatsoever over the content of
information passing through its network and/or equipment.
- JKL.net may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation
of any international, federal or provincial regulations is strictly prohibited. This
includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, threatening or obscene material, or
material protected by trade secret.
- JKL.net prohibits the sharing of one username amongst serveral different people not of
the same family or household. Therefore, only one concurrent connection per username is allowed
at any time. Attempts to connect from different locations will be monitored and users will be warned after repeated attempts to connect in this manner. If actions persist, JKL.net reserves the right to suspend the offending account for a period of time.
- JKL.net may terminate any customer's account without notice if, in the sole judgment of
JKL.net management, it is determined that the account is being used in a manner contrary
to its intended use as defined by this agreement. Upon termination, the balance of any
prepaid monies will be refunded within 30 days.
